Christian's life story is a testament to the transformative power of therapy. Through his personal journey of better understanding the nuances of his emotions and self-identity, he has experienced firsthand the benefits of therapy. Having grappled with his own mental health challenges in the past, Christian is driven to extend a helping hand to others facing similar struggles. His passion lies in delving deeper into the human psyche, recognizing that each person is a complex tapestry of emotions and experiences, far beyond what can be perceived at first glance. Furthermore, a commitment to embracing diverse cultures through a multicultural lens, Christian works to foster curiosity and compassion for the shared human experience of understanding our own richly distinct paths. 

Christian is a graduate of the University of Washington, holding a triple major in psychology, medical anthropology, and biological anthropology. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Seattle University. Christian aims to serve individuals, couples, and families suffering from a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, challenging family dynamics, conflict within relationships, and interpersonal difficulties. Christian takes on an eclectic approach, utilizing treatment modalities such as family systems theory, Structural Family Therapy (SFT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). 

With Christian, you’ll experience a strong sense of support and emotional validation. Christian takes a collaborative approach, empowering clients to lead the way while he serves as a compassionate and knowledgeable guide within the therapeutic space. Christian uses introspective questioning and incorporates humor to create a balanced atmosphere, ensuring that even during profound and challenging moments, a lighthearted touch is woven into the therapeutic journey. His empathy and active engagement help individuals connect with their emotions and build empowered relationships.
